At the turn of the millennium, my thesis examined the feminisation of the economy. Twenty years later, I went back to study female leadership. Women were building companies, running organisations and making decisions that carried real weight. What had not moved was everything around them. That gap is my work.
Today, I work one-to-one with women through leadership development, executive coaching and mentorship. We can talk about the decision, the team, the business and the life around them in the same conversation. Because that is how leadership is lived.
This is a female-led and female-owned practice based in Malta and working worldwide.
